Sale and Purchase of Goods
RIGZ Snowboard Gear (“Seller”) hereby agrees to sell, and You (“Buyer”) hereby agree to purchase products of the description and quantity shown in the checkout window (“Checkout”) and incorporated herein by this reference (“Goods”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on this website.

 

Payment Policy
The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by Buyer according to the payment stated at Checkout.

Delivery Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with RIGZ Snowboard Gear’s shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. The delivery dates provided by RIGZ Snowboard Gear are estimates, and RIGZ Snowboard Gear will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with these dates; however, RIGZ Snowboard Gear will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Goods shall be packaged according to the standards and practices of RIGZ Snowboard Gear unless otherwise agreed in writing by RIGZ Snowboard Gear.
