What is your return policy?

30-day money-back guarantee: If for any reason you are unhappy with our product you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund less shipping and handling (with proof of purchase).

6-month replacement guarantee: If the product is damaged or defective you can have it replaced within 6 months of the purchase date for a replacement less shipping and handling (with proof of purchase).

How do I request a refund or a replacement?

To request a refund or replacement of your purchase, please contact us via our submission section, email us at RIGZgear@gmail.com, or call us at (669) 257-1398. We will reply as quickly as possible to assist you with your request.

 

Refunds, less shipping and handling, will be associated with the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. 

 

A shipping label can be created by the customer or can be provided by RIGZ Snowboard Gear. In both cases, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated by RIGZ Snowboard Gear.

How long with it take for my refund to be provided?

It takes 1-3 business days to process a return after it arrives at our location. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received. The refund will be initiated 1-2 days after processing is complete.

How long with it take for my replacement to be provided?

It takes 1-3 business days to process a return-for-replacement after it arrives at our location. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received. The replacement will be shipped within 1-2 days after processing is complete, and will follow the standard shipping guidelines outlined in your original order.
